Group Ticketing

Plan I: Each purchase of more than 20 adult tickets will enjoy a 50% discount plus 1 VIP complimentary ticket. Original price: $4,200; Group ticketing price: $2,000.
Plan II: Each purchase of more than 50 adult tickets will enjoy a 50% discount plus 4 VIP complimentary tickets. Original price: $10,800; Group ticketing price: $5,000.

■ Notice

1. Each ticket is valid for one single use during the exhibition. If the ticket is lost or damaged, it will not be reissued, returned, or changed. Please keep it safe.
2. The ticket for a specific session can’t be used at other stores. (The tickets can only be used at the specific northern, central, or southern store.) After the exhibition ends, returning or exchanging of tickets is not accepted.
3. Please follow the visiting rules and line up when waiting if the exhibition venue is crowded.
4. No food and drink. Deposit services are not available.
5. Please do not touch the exhibits. Any damages will be charged according to the price.
6. Please follow the visiting rules and maintain the quality of the visit together.
※For matters not covered above, the organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event.

▶Ticket Return Procedure:

1. Please return the ticket at the store of the exhibition within the valid period.
2. A 10% processing fee will be charged when returning the ticket. We apologize for the inconvenience.
3. Overdue or damaged tickets shall not be returned.

Regular Guided Tour

The regular Chinese guided tour service will be offered daily during the exhibition. Please register and confirm at the service counter 10 minutes before the guided tour. To maintain the visiting and tour guide quality, each guided tour is limited to a maximum of 15 participants.
▶Group Guided Tour Reservation: Please make reservations by phone two days in advance. Provide: reservation date, group title, contact person, phone number, and number of participants and check in 10 minutes before the guided tour starts.
▶Schedule: 13:30, 15:30, 19:00, three guided tours daily (13:30 and 15:30 only on the closing day)
