攝影是我思考與記錄生活的方式，它將我的想像和現實做了某種巧妙的結合，我喜愛它所產生的美與感動。生活中充滿無數令我心動、驚奇或驚喜的事件，但我不見得都看的到。如果我足夠幸運，出現在關鍵的地點，在關鍵的時刻，又有相機在手，那就是我大快朵頤的時刻。但這樣的機會太少，所以，持續觀察，虛心等候成為拍照的理念。因為多半時候，外在的事件我捕捉不到，因此反求諸己，內在的、心裡的事件就成了探索的目標。
Photography is my way of recording and thinking about life, And it merges my imagination with reality. I particularly enjoy the beauty and emotion resulting from such amalgamations. Although there are many wonderfully touching, amazing and joyful things, not everything can be seen by me at the right time. At those fortunate moments, however, when I am lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time, and on top of that happen to have my camera at hand, I will keep pressing the shutter to get my fill of pictures. Nevertheless, such opportunities do not come along very often. Therefore, being constantly on the alert and observing my environment closely in patient for motifs have become the second nature to me. Since outwardly interesting subjects are hard to come by, I often focus on my inner world and explore my mental imagery.

這一系列由魚的圖像所組成的作品，是由客廳中所擺放的化石魚、牆上月曆中的金魚、桌巾和押花的桌鎮等物件所組成。利用雙重曝光，有昏黃的鎢絲燈光線，以及天花板省電燈泡的燈，兩種光線的混合，以及兩種時間感的魚所拼貼與構成的影像。我嘗試了多種構圖與組合，希望產生對照、對位，產生意念上的衝擊。形象上魚是美的，而意念則是無止盡的延伸。
This series of fish-themed photographs blends fish fossils from the living room and goldfish on a calendar sheet with a fish-themed tablecloth and other bric-a-brac. I use the double exposure with the light coming from a pale yellow incandescent lamp and a fluorescent ceiling light, an By generating a mixed-lighting and overlapping-time effect, it integrates the different motifs into one image. I experiment with several ways to combine the various elements, hoping to create a interesting contrast and to imbue the composition with a sense of complementary concepts. With the beauty of the fish images, this series coalesces smoothly with a more extended concept of the fish.
