晨希，我人生35歲的第一個小孩，當那刻小手放在我手上，一股暖流一陣心動，他的人生在我們手上。下一刻的我們是養育，一步步帶著他到教育他，到他成年時祝福他，期許當我們年老時，他能孝順扶持我們，二代情牽，生命的起落，情緣的連結，總是透過手心暖暖傳遞。
藉由雙手表達不同階段兩代之間的情感交流，再透過攝影將最珍貴的一刻化為永恆！這就是單純的拍攝動機。
I had Chenxi, my first child, when I was 35. When she put her small hand into mine, a warm feeling began to flow through my body and touched my heart. Her life was in my hands. What followed was nurturing and educating her, wishing her good luck when she reached adulthood, and then hoping that in our old age, she will be there for us as a dutiful daughter. The ideas of this series are the emotional bond between the generations and the ups and downs of life which are all passing through the warmth of hand in hand. By using a camera, I would like to record these closest relationships by focusing on images of one hand holding the other.

■ 攝影心得 Experience：
多年來使用單眼相機為生活留下剎那的永恆，從原本的追求畫質到近年婚禮紀錄及兒童紀錄，開始體認人文並注入攝影，使照片充滿生命，記錄影像更記錄情感。在攝影當下以故事主角心境及眼光讓照片刻畫出情感。
在孩子出生那刻，我體認到時光飛逝，孩子快速的轉變及成長，每一刻都值得記錄，即使相機的重量沉重，我更要努力記錄生命的每一刻。
When I first started to take pictures with my single lens reflex camera, I put much emphasis on the good picture quality and clear images. However, the humanity revealed from the photos become more important gradually. And I attempt to capture the uniqueness of significant moments and events, such as the weddings or the birth and growing up of the children. When taking the pictures, I consciously and deliberately try to convey the sense of a developing story, with my child and me as the main characters.
After the birth of my daughter, I become truly aware of the inexorable passage of time. Children grow up incredibly fast, and there is so much worth recording and remembering while it happens. That’s why I don’t mind to carry a heavy camera just for recording the whole process as completely as possible.
