照片是在母親生病時所拍攝，最主要表達子女應體諒年邁母親生病的心情。人世間最難報答的就是父母恩，要有反哺、奉敬父母之心，母親生病卻無法幫忙些什麼，只能無助地緊握母親的手安慰著。黑白照片有五個階調，用灰色呈現出一種病態、生病、苦悶、微弱的氛圍，將顏色調成灰色邊緣，讓人感受到生命微弱的氣氛，按下快門的那一刻，從鏡頭裡反射出來的心境，所承受的人生及年邁生病者的心情
These are pictures of my seriously ill mother. What I want to express the most is the need for children to be understanding and supportive of their aging parents. Nothing is harder to repay the love and care our parents lavish on us. When your mother gets old and weak, she likewise needs your love and care. Even if you can’t cure her illness, you can still sit next to her, hold her hand and comfort her. I opted for black-and-white photos with a five-graded scale of grays and near-grays to convey an atmosphere of sickness, decline, weakness, suffering, and life which slowly wilting away. Every time I pressed the shutter release button, the lens captured a moment of depression and sadness.

照片要感動人心，主要還是表達自己的觀點，有想法的拍照、熱情努力不懈的精神。對我來說，攝影是藉由照片來表達自己的情感，進而抒發，用照片來訴說人與人之間所發生的情感及故事。在此非常得感謝第五階專業影像陳春祿老闆，指導教授黃重興老師、沈昭良老師在攝影上的啟蒙指導，我會更加努力學習。
My foremost goal is to put across my personal point of view and touch people’s hearts. And these are made with passion and untiring devotion to their subject. To me, photography is a way of expressing and releasing my feelings and of telling stories about the relationships and emotional interactions between people. At here, I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to Mr, Chun-Lu Chen, my boss at Photo shop, and Professor Chung-Hsing Huang and Mr. Chao-Liang Shen, my mentors, for their instructions, guidance and support. I will keep improving.
