每天晚上吃著母親注入滿滿愛的家常料理，心裡總是暖暖的。和家人談天說地，聊過去、聊現在、聊未來，這樣平凡的景象我們已經習以為常，卻忘了世界上還有許多人沒有也沒辦法擁有這樣的晚餐時間，甚至連下一餐都是個問題。我們常常煩惱東煩惱西，煩惱不必要煩惱的事，因而眉頭深鎖、心門緊閉，其實只要停下來想想，在忙碌後，還能有一頓熱騰騰的美味可以享用，這不就是值得讓我們開心好久好久的事情嗎？
Every night I eat the home-style cooking that my mother has imbued with her love, which always warms my heart. Talking with my family about all kinds of things, sometimes about the past, about the present, and about the future. We’re already used to such an ordinary scene, but we also forget that there are still many people in the world that can never have a dinner time such as this. For some people, where their next meal is coming from is a problem. We often trouble our minds with all sorts of things, even things that we need not trouble ourselves over, deepening the furrows in our brows and tightly closing the door to our hearts, when all we need to do is to stop for a moment and give some thought to the fact that after our busy days we are still able to enjoy a delicious hot meal. Isn’t that worth being happy about for something that has happened for such a long time?
