Faced with refugees fleeing the military coup in Myanmar, I couldn't look away. Everything I saw became a testament to their struggle, upheaval, and misery.

在台灣因為人類和動物棲地重疊造成動物的傷亡不勝枚舉，作品透過微觀手法把動物放大，用現場急救的方式呈現，期望大眾能夠愛惜動物，珍惜生命。

In Taiwan, the overlapping of human and animal habitats has led to countless casualties among wildlife. This work utilizes a microcosmic approach, magnifying animals and presenting them in an emergency rescue setting, aiming to encourage the public to cherish animals and value life.

信仰價值的週期｜李坤育

作品「信仰價值的週期」是累積長年參與宮廟活動，總結所述發的作品，感嘆文化經驗傳承的不易。
傳達宮廟發展週期，故事開頭以一根火柴棒點燃文化的饗宴；經過洗禮與熱忱邀集同好盼能創造開天闢地的格局與掌聲，殊不知卻是“小人踩高蹺”(意謂行將就木)；前仆後繼，一而再、再而三走過前人相同的腳步；長年時間隨著人員社會化經驗因素累積，初心不復，人員更迭；歲月的消逝回望諷刺當年幻想登頂成仙的夢想，變得遙不可及又可笑之至。
而觀眾所看到的只是其中的一幕環節週期。

“The Cycle of Cultural Belief Values” summarizes the culmination of years of participation in temple activities, lamenting the challenges of cultural experience and heritage preservation.

The story kicks off with the development cycle of temple, It commences with lighting a cultural feast with a matchstick. Through baptism and passionate invitations to enthusiasts, there's hope to create a groundbreaking scenario to great acclaim, yet unknowingly it turns into a “petty person walking on stilts” (meaning nearing the end of life). Successive generations follow in the footsteps of their predecessors, repeatedly treading the same path. Over the years, as time accumulates along with social and experiential factors, the initial passion fades away, leading to turnover of individuals. The passage of time ironically mocks the once lofty aspirations of reaching the peak and becoming immortal.

What the audience witnesses is just one segment within this cyclic narrative.

Since birth, each person has been marked and defined by strings of numbers. In this era of ever-advancing information technology, under the pervasive and all-encompassing might of technology, we are all a sequence of walking codes—protected and monitored. While we enjoy freedom, we lack the liberty to refuse being turned into codes.

The inextricable emotions linked with food linger in the heart, even for the wanderer far away or no longer around. Food isn't just something to fill the stomach; it's a bridge profoundly connecting us to family, friends, lovers, and ourselves. Every bite carries a story, a resonance, a sense of belonging.

來自世界各地不同形式的塗鴉提供了早期社會的珍貴視角，每面牆都有自己的故事。
街頭藝術讓人們以日常生活為基礎，連結藝術與表達，每天在牆壁上畫著色彩鮮豔且美麗的壁畫觸及大眾。即使在這個數位化時代，街頭藝術仍是擴展著自身的影響力，深深吸引著都市人，因此網域撐開它的保護傘，目的在於傳達訊息，為懷有抱負的藝術家提供了傳達訊息的平台，同時讓牆面免受汙垢和灰塵的汙染，最重要的是，創造跨國文化涵養的藝術家體驗。這種牆壁塗鴉彷彿預告了城市的精神與生命力、希望與失望，以及最後但同樣重要的：人們。

Graffiti in different forms from across the world have been helpful in providing valuable insights into the earlier societies because the walls have a story to tell.
Street art today allowing people to connect with art and expression on a daily basis, the colorful and beautiful murals painted on walls reach out to the public every day.
Even in this age of digitization, it has not lost its charm among the urbanites, but the domain has spread its umbrella. The purpose is to get the message across to provide a platform for the aspiring artists, to save the walls from the grime and the dirt of the city-life and, most importantly, to create an artistic experience that will be relished and cultivated beyond the borders. This wall graffiti gives you the teaser of the city's spirit, lifelines, hopes, despairs, and last but not the least, people at large.

A Project to Find Social Significance of Private Portrait Photos｜馬場沙織

當我為朋友拍攝肖像照時，其實也是在拍攝自己的自畫像。透過為朋友們拍照，我向世界展示了真實的自己。透過這些個人肖像，我想與他人分享每個人與生俱來的「東西」。攝影師喬．斯彭斯認為，個人事物具有社會意義，因此，當我與他人分享我和朋友們的這些個人瞬間時，它們可能在我們的社會中具有特殊的意義。

When I capture portrait shots of my friends, I'm actually capturing my own self-portrait. By photographing my friends, I'm revealing the true essence of myself to the world. Through these individual portraits, I aim to share something inherent in each person. The renowned photographer Jo Spence believed that personal things hold social significance. Therefore, when I share these personal moments of myself and my friends with others, they might hold special meaning within our society.

稻草人已經換装成布偶上場！在這幾畝田的舞台上，此起彼落地唱山歌。唱個什麼歌，頭上蜿蜒的線條，就是她抒發的曲調，時而悠揚，時而頓挫。
在琴譜般的田園裡，點綴出一首首動人的樂章。微風輕拂，歌手們也跟著搖擺舞動，一齣現場演出的田園合唱曲，隆重登場！

“Beauty comes from discovering things in everyday life.”

The scarecrow has been transformed into a puppet! On this stage of a few acres of fields, folk songs resound one after another. Whatever song they sing, the winding lines on their heads depict their melodies, at times melodious, at times halting.
In this rural setting akin to a musical score, each song becomes a touching resonance. As the gentle breeze brushes by, the singers sway and move along, bringing forth a grand performance of a rural chorus right there in the countryside.

My mom is a “Personal Color Analyst.” I love my mom very much, and she loves me too. Our love transcends the lens, weaving together and resulting in these sparkling photos.

上天遺落了瑰寶｜邱淑珠

徐志摩在日記西湖記曾提到數大便是美，而在眾多七彩繽紛的資源回收中，即驗證了其中意涵。隨手做環保的良好習慣，使得垃圾變黃金同時也友善了環境，形成良性的循環，讓愛護地球不再只是空談的口號。

Tsu-mo, Hsu noted in his work “West Lake Diary” that "beauty lies in large numbers." Amongst the myriad, colorful recycling efforts, this statement rings true. Practicing simple habits of environmental conservation turns trash into treasure while being kind to the environment, forming a positive cycle. This turns caring for the Earth from mere rhetoric into tangible action.

不同國籍的人們在阿拉伯聯合大公國阿布達比港的古老蔬菜市場中一起工作。他們是一群來自巴基斯坦和印度努力工作的人們，有特別許可證，因此能在該區做生意。這個蔬菜市場以低價的蔬果產品而聞名，吸引許多當地人和移民前來此處採買，到城市裡做小生意。

People from different nationality working together in the old vegetable market in Mina port Abu Dhabi in UAE. They are hardworking people from Pakistan and India who have a special permit to do business in this area. This vegetable market is known for a low price of vegetable and fruits product and many local and expat people attract to come here to buy for their small business in the city.

我在全黑的山上撿拾，那些因熱能改變形狀的物品，今年的山依舊在燃燒著。我用攝影拍攝這些物品，以表達某種變遷，能量與人的關係。

I pick up items on this mountain scarred black by flames, things altered by heat, and this year, the mountain is still burning. I use photography to capture these objects, expressing a kind of transformation and the relationship between energy and people.

看不見的台灣日常風景｜許尊凱

興達發電廠是台灣發電量前三的大型煤炭發電廠，廠區屹立於南台灣已逾40個寒暑。煤炭發電廠工作環境充滿各種風險，如致命粉塵、高聳的作業空間、狹窄的通道、巨大的噪音等等。有一群人在這樣充滿危險的管制區內，默默守護台灣人的民生、國防用電安全，希望以此有限的照片篇幅，讓觀者想像、窺探這些很重要、但又看不見的台灣日常。

Hsinta Power Plant is one of Taiwan's top three coal-fired power plants, standing tall in southern Taiwan for over 40 years. Coal-fired power plants pose various risks to the environment, including deadly dust particles, dangerous high-elevation workspaces, narrow passageways, and immense noise. Yet, within these regulated zones filled with danger, there is a group of individuals silently safeguarding the livelihood and electricity security of Taiwan. With this limited collection of photos, the hope is to allow viewers to imagine and glimpse into these crucial yet unseen aspects of Taiwan's everyday life.

子不語｜任汐

本來，牆的塗鴉和招貼畫一如人的身體、皮膚、衣著、妝扮，是人們向外界宣洩或表達的媒介，但表達什麼，怎麼表達，這就是一個問題，是即興、無厘頭、抑或是自由 、還是盲從，這深深的影響著人們。
而紛亂的塗鴉和招貼畫，正如紛亂的世界，彷彿怪力亂神。
想來，還是白茫茫一片，任由裝扮。


Originally, graffiti and posters on walls are much akin to the body, skin, clothing, or makeup of a person—an outlet or expression to the outside world. However, what they convey and how they do so is a question—whether it's impromptu, nonsensical, a form of freedom, or merely conformity—these deeply influence people.
The chaotic graffiti and posters can be likened to the disorderly world, seem almost inexplicable. In the end, perhaps it's all a vast, blank canvas, open to any form of adornment.

過去總有令人印象深刻的事物，特別是在某些人生過渡期，也許是個眼神、一種符號、一個氣味，抑或是首歌，他們在眼前浮現而重疊，讓人默默出神。
現用相機拍下令自己出神的當下，來說個大概。

There have always been things that leave a lasting impression, especially during certain transitional periods in life. It might be a glance, a symbol, a scent, or even a song. They appear and overlap in front of the eyes, silently captivating one's attention.
Capture the moment of being captivated through a camera lens, to roughly convey the essence of that state.

單身老兵的不歸路｜陳志強

他們來自大陸山南山北、五湖四海，名叫「老兵」，「殺朱拔毛、反攻大陸」的刺青隨著歲月已模糊。
許多單身老兵窩居在狹小的榮民宿舍，拄著枴杖、拎著熱水瓶，步履蹣跚踱過幽暗的歲月長廊。
房間内無助孤坐，旁邊行動馬桶下滴落的糞便未乾。西望故鄉，何時重回？眼茫茫、路迢迢。
最後，孤獨終老，無子女持幡送終與造墓，只能委託墓碑上刻的遺書承辦人建墳立石，老兵精神不死，墳頭「革命忠魂在」永存。


They hail from all corners of Mainland China, with tattoos of "Kill the Reds, Retake the Mainland " now blurred with time. Many solitary veterans dwell in cramped veterans' dorms, leaning on canes, carrying thermoses, shuffling through dim corridors of time.

In their rooms, helpless and alone, beside mobile toilets, feces still damp. They gaze westward to their hometowns, longing for a return that seems forever out of reach. Eyes lost, the way home ever distant.

In the end, they age in solitude, without children to hold banners at their funerals or build their graves. They entrust the inscription on the tombstone to serve as their legacy. The spirit of the veteran lives on, "Here Resides a Loyal Revolutionary Soul" eternally engraved on the tombstone.

拒絕被困住｜吳慕恩

拒絕被困住的輪椅女孩雪莉，她是脊髓性肌肉萎縮症患者。她的自我介紹是「不用祝我早日康復，因為我的病不會好。可以祝我頻道發展順利」。
而她的YouTube頻道是為了鼓勵輪椅族及罕見疾病患者所存在。拍攝過程中，為了讓畫面豐富，我在台南市美術館二館爬上爬下許多樓梯尋找不同角度拍攝，彷彿自己成為了她的一雙腳。拍攝結束時她說這是她最美好的一次拍攝回憶。


The wheelchair girl, Sherry, who refuses to be trapped in her body suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Her self-introduction goes, “No need to wish for my speedy recovery, as my illness won't get better. You can wish for the smooth development of my YouTube channel.” Her YouTube channel exists to encourage wheelchair users and those with rare diseases. During filming, in order to enrich the visuals, I climbed up and down many stairs in the Tainan Art Museum Building 2, seeking different angles to shoot, in essence becoming her legs. At the end of the shoot, she said it was the most profound photoshoot experience of her life.

Contemplative Moments: Lost in thought" is a striking photo series that captures the serene beauty of introspection. It invites viewers into a world of quietude and reflection. Each photograph freezes a solitary subject in a moment of deep thought, their expressions and body language conveying a myriad of emotions, from tranquility to introspection. Natural light plays a crucial role in these portraits, illuminating the subject's mood. The series serves as a poignant reminder of the profound beauty that can be found in stillness and self-reflection, encouraging viewers to pause and appreciate the often overlooked moments of contemplation in our busy lives.
