1968 年生於台灣台北，復興商工西畫組畢業。
2002 年離開任職 15 年的廣告公司，開始漫畫創作至今。
擅長以獨特的精緻寫實畫風，融合東西方元素 ，創造一個個充滿魅力的奇幻、科幻世界。
著有《BABY.》、《OLDMAN 奧德曼》、《隱藏關卡》、《九命人》、《閻鐵花》等作品。
參與羅浮宮漫畫計畫，創作合輯《羅浮 7 夢:台灣漫畫家的奇幻之旅》。作品海外授權有日文版、法文版、韓文版、英文版、義大利文版、 土耳其文版等。
Chang Sheng is Taiwanese bestselling comic artist. He created titles such as “BABY.”,”OLDMAN”,” The Hidden Level”,” Nine Lives Man-Circle”,”YAN”. Worked in advertising for 15 years, he started his own studio when he was in his thirties and since 2004, he has released work on a regular basis.
